The DNA centre should keep you updated on this, however if they don’t supply you with a date, the time scale is usually as follows – If they order with us before 3pm and the item is in stock, this will be shipped to the dealer on a next day delivery service; if the item goes on back order, shipment from Arai Europe usually averages 2-3 weeks, if the item has to come from the main factory in Japan then this can stretch up to 2/3 months
