The fit of each helmet model will vary slightly depending on its function and use; Touring, Race etc, however all helmets in the UK are now an intermediate oval

The very best way to tell if a helmet suits you is to try it on and get the opinion of a stockist. Arai helmets can be custom fit to suit your head so trying on in a DNA centre ensures the best fit possible.
